I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Solo7 Quality Automotive to perform the inspection, diagnostic, and repair services listed below. I understand that the estimated charges are approximate and that I will be contacted before any work is performed that exceeds the authorized estimate by more than 10%. I authorize the use of the vehicle for test purposes and release Solo7 Quality Automotive from any liability for loss or damage to the vehicle while in their care. Parts removed remain the property of Solo7 Quality Automotive unless requested within 48 hours of service completion.
